Definitions
1. ENUATEAM provide for the access to a web game and different services related to the most updated version of it by the web site www.enuaonline.com, here and after named “Game Portal”. These services includes, for example but not limited to, personal account registration, here and after “Account”, chat or forum, access to game servers by browser available by the Game Portal or other platforms.
2. Visitors and/or users of the services above mentioned are here and after named “User/s”.
3. ENUATEAM provide for these services exclusively by the role of these Terms of Use, here and after also “ToU”.
4. These Terms of Use are valid and published since 01-03-2010.
Use of service
5. ENUATEAM, allow Users to the services exclusively for personal fun and socialize with the exclusion of any commercial use.
6. Any technical term of use like rules of play or other related services are available on the Game Portal or forum.
7. The game and any related service are subject to updating and modifications by new releases. The User accept that limitations and/or general rules could be unilaterally determined by ENUATEAM.
Account registration
8. To login the User must require a personal account by filling the registration form on the Game Portal. It needs to be at least 18 years old or older, or to be authorized by parents. 11. ENUATEAM, reserves the right to interrupt any Username or Password under the suspect of security violation.
12. All accounts including resources, units, and so on, are virtual play items. The User has the exclusive right of use the account and all the other virtual play items only within the game and related services and respecting the present ToU.
13. Periodically information and texts are updated on the Game Portal. ENUATEAM, exclude any guarantee explicit or implicit related to quality, correctness, quantity or efficiency due to particular scope of the Game Portal or services.
14. ENUATEAM, as far as permitted by law, exclude any warrantee or obligation related to satisfaction or adequacy of the game or services accessible by the Game Portal.
Account abuse
15. The game and the services are developed exclusively by access on the Game Portal, the software can not be used in any other way.
16. Multiaccounting practice (registration of more than one account referred to the same person) is prohibited.
17. It is prohibited to take profits by selling virtual play items or also accounts.

The User accept the use of software exclusively as permitted; will not attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, the software including any of the communication protocols within; the use of tools or software that causes or may cause overflow on servers or activate automatic control of functions such bot, macros, and so on, is strictly prohibited.
20. The User will not attempt to obtain access to confidential information or databases of ENUATEAM.
21. The User is not authorized to use the services provided by the Game Portal for illegal purpose such as spamming or unrequired emails, circulations of promotional or commercial information.
22. ENUATEAM reserve the right of cancellation of account or published information responsible for violation of the ToU or Rules of Play or violation of ethic policy such as the following behaviours:
- Offence, racist, fanatic, incite violence;
- Threat, defamatory, calumny;
- Incite or celebrate pedopornography, or link to adult web contents, offensive or dangerous to minor;
- Incite illegal behaviour;
- Represent a violation of copyright, or links to such web contents.
Free of charge and added value services
23. The acces to the Game Portal and related services is free of charge as far as regard the entry level version.
24. ENUATEAM reserves the right to interrupt access to game servers or services any time without giving any justification, there is no right of the User of any maintenance of the Game Portal or free of charge services.
25. ENUATEAM reserves the right anytime to offer added value services (pay to play) available by the Game Portal. Prices are subject to change. Payment method may change due to nationality of the User or technical disposal, any method is listed in the related page of the Game Portal.
26. Due to technical reasons is not possible to provide for refund in case of User mistake during the payment process.
27. Certified third parties are in charge by ENUATEAM for any payment process according to law privacy policy. The User has the right of being secured during any payment processes and is guaranteed in this.
28. The User can operate any purchase by filling the appropriate form with the information required and complete the processes selecting the payment method available option listed on the Game Portal. The payment will by verified by third parties and completed authorizing the correct execution.
29. The User does not have the right to transfer to third parties any credit form ENUATEAM coming up form this ToU.
Instant messaging, chat, forum
30. The Game Portal and the game itself allow forum and chat services that can be used according to the present TuO. No tolerance against messages containing discriminating contents related to sex, race, religion, nationality.
31. ENUATEAM, trust all the messages posted in these communication services as reliable. ENUATEAM decline every responsibility, either does not guarantee the reliability of messages because no control is done about the content.
32. The User is completely and personally responsible for any consequence due to text, images, video, sound, music or any other content posted by the communication services that could violate the law or other people rights.
Limitation of liability
33. ENUATEAM exclude any liability for itself, employee, business partners, against damage request caused by negligent or abusive behaviour of Users in accordance with this ToU.
34. The User accept that in any case, including but not limited to: damage direct or indirect, loss of business opportunity, loss of information, benefits or projects coming up from contracts or use or impossibility of use of the Game Portal or related services, ENUATEAM will not considered liable.
35. ENUATEAM provide for the availability of services listed above in this ToU only by on-line access, so, it’s not liable for any technical assistance or failure due to the internet connection and related costs, browser and plug-in configuration and setup.
Service maintenance
36. The access and the use of the Game Portal depend primary by the User’s computer and on-line connection provided by other operators. ENUATEAM guarantee permanent accessibility to the services h24/24 on a 7/7 day basis.
37. This availability does not include the time during host server is not reachable in internet for major force, liability of third parties and/or extra ordinary maintenance.
38. ENUATEAM could restrict access to services in case of security, system integrity, disaster recovery risk is threat.
Copyrights
39. The User can not itself or authorize others to modify, copy, submit, show off, use, publish, create derivative applications, sell, any information or content of the Game Portal or related service such the game and it’s parts. All copyrights are reserved property of their respective owners.
40. All the information published by the User are exclusive property. The User by publishing information on the Game Portal or related services (forum, chat, ecc), allow to ENUATEAM a free of charge non-exclusive licence revocable anytime to reproduce such information.
41. Any information published by the User will be visible worldwide in internet, the User accept this with no restrictions.
Terms of Use modifications
42. The registration of the User account implies the acceptance of these ToU as valid and compulsory during any login session, particularly during the game and it’s services. ToU have to be red and understood before submitting the registration form.
43. ENUATEAM reserves the right to modify or update the present ToU by publishing on the Game Portal at least 2 days before become effective.
Privacy policy and security
44. ENUATEAM reserves the right to save securely the personal information of the Users to control the respect of the applicable law, ToU and Rules of the Play. Could be saved IP address, email address and other information the User filled in the system. All these information will be stored and processed on automated process basis and used according to this privacy policy.

Third parties assignment
48. ENUATEAM can eventually host advertising spaces of third parties. These could use cookies, action tags to measure the efficiency of actions. This use is completely anonymous.
49. The User accept that in any case of business partnership may occur between ENUATEAM and its representative, and third parties, such as joint ventures, leasing, takeover, merge, acquisition, licensing, all the data related with the personal account could be transferred and managed according to this ToU.
50. ENUATEAM will not share its databases to anyone, with the exception of what stated above.
Governing law and jurisdiction
51. The official language of the present ToU is English adopted as international standard. In case of misunderstandings, any User could ask to the support service to provide for a copy in other language. If not asked during the registration process this ToU will be considered fully understood, accepted and effective.
52. The law of Italy applies for any dispute with the exclusion of every other jurisdiction.
